At Fame Official, your satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that shopping online can sometimes be tricky, so we have created a return policy that is simple, fair, and customer-friendly.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

For eligible returns involving defective, damaged, or incorrect products, we will process the refund or replacement after receiving and inspecting the returned product. Replacement items, where applicable, will be dispatched within 6 working days after the returned product has been received and approved.

🌍 Return Eligibility – India Only

Currently, we only accept returns for orders shipped within India. We do not process international returns at this time.

🚚 Return Shipping Policy

  • If the return is due to a change of mind, wrong size ordered, or personal preference, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to a mistake on our end, such as a defective product, wrong item sent, or product damaged during shipping, we will cover the return shipping cost or arrange a pickup, where applicable.

📦 Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or use may not be accepted.
  • Products must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product does not meet the above conditions.

🔁 Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different size, color, or variant, please return the original item in accordance with this Return Policy and place a new order for the desired item.

📝 How to Initiate a Return

  • Reason for return
  • Photos of the product, if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address and further instructions.

Please do not send products back to us without first contacting our customer support team and receiving return instructions.

💸 Refund Process

Once a return is received and approved, the applicable refund amount will be processed to the original payment method.

The refund will generally be credited within 7–10 working days after the refund has been processed. Actual crediting time may vary depending on your bank, payment provider, or financial institution.

Shipping charges may be non-refundable where applicable, except where the return is due to a mistake on our part, a defective product, an incorrect item, or damage during shipping.
